As soon as your purchase is complete, you'll get a download link on the confirmation screen and via email. Just download and enjoy!

Q: I didn’t receive my file. What should I do?

Start by checking your spam or promotions folder — the email sometimes lands there. If you still don’t see it, contact me at tropospheremedia@hotmail.com and I’ll resend it.

Q: Can I get a refund on a digital download?

Since digital files can’t be returned once accessed, all sales are final. But I log every download with time, date, and IP address — if you’re having trouble, I’m always here to help.
